Our Los Angeles location is currently seeking an Office Manager to work full time front of house. This is a permanent, full time position. This person is a first point of contact at Zoic.  The ideal candidate efficiently manages the day to day operations of the office with an upbeat attitude. Prior experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced entertainment/media setting a plus!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • All-encompassing facility management.
  • Top notch client services.
  • Manage staff travel.
  • Event planning (morale, holiday, etc.).
  • Partner with HR and Scheduling to on board new employees.
  • Manage communication, office operations and procedures.
  • Handle shipments.
  • Handle inventories and receipts.
  • Answer phones and facilitate calls.
  • General office tidiness and attention to details.
  • Upkeep of seasonal décor.
  • Valet and parking management.
  • Oversee receptionist and 1-2 production assistants.
  • Outlook calendar management for multiple people.
  • Covers for receptionist on days off, lunch, appointments etc.

Candidates will need to be:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have 3-5 years prior experience as an Office Manager or responsible for Front of House management.
  • Able to problem solve quickly and present solutions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple requests and conflicting priorities.
  • Natural ability to prioritize tasks and report on progress.
  • Able to take pride and ownership of facility projects and see through completion.
  • Able to interact with a wide variety of personalities with ease.
  • Flexible when needed after hours or on weekends.
